STIGGINS FANCY RUM

A remarkable creation from the Planteray range, originally crafted by cellar master Alexandre Gabriel and drinks historian David Wondrich for Tales of the Cocktail in 2015. This exquisite treat involves infusing Queen Victoria pineapple rinds in white rum for a week, followed by distillation. The pineapple fruit is then infused in dark rum for three months. These two concoctions are harmoniously combined and aged in casks for an additional three months, resulting in a delightful burst of pineapple flavour.

DUBONNET ROUGE

Dubonnet is a French wine-based aperitif. It is made with red wine, herbs, and spices.

The word "Dubonnet" comes from the French word for "dark brown", which is a reference to the dark colour of the original recipe. Dubonnet was created in 1846 by Joseph Dubonnet, a French chemist. Joseph Dubonnet's original recipe used quinine, which was added for its medicinal properties. The quinine gave Dubonnet its distinctive bitter flavour, which many people enjoy today.

Dubonnet was a favourite of the late Queen and Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother.

A blended malt Scotch whisky named after a little piece of kit used once upon a time by distillery workers to covertly sneak spirit home... Eight different single malts from Speyside are combined by master blender Stuart Morrison to create this well-balanced whisky, which is designed to be well-suited for enjoying neat or in cocktails and mixed drinks. The other kind of dog, the animal kind, is very cool too, and Copper Dog is partnered with a number of charities across the U.S, supporting local shelters!

This 12 year old was distillery at the Lochnagar distillery, once visited by Queen Victoria when she was staying at nearby Balmoral. Nose Creamy, aromatic nose with hints of hay, malted barley, oak and mixed peels.Palate Soft smoke and gingerbread, oodles of toasty spices, Demerara sugar and boiled sweets. Finish The finish is all about grass and honey.

TAYLOR’S 20 YEAR OLD TAWNY PORT

Another great, well-structured tawny port from Taylor's. The extra ten years of aging from the standard 10 year old have produced a fine balanced port traditionally enjoyed as a dessert wine or at the end of the meal.
