ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open to participants worldwide. Please note, however, that while all entrants are eligible to participate, the £100 voucher prize is redeemable only via the Wylde Market website, which delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom (excluding the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland). Entrants are responsible for reviewing the Wylde Market website for the most up-to-date delivery details.
How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:
• Like the designated Instagram giveaway post.
• Follow both the Wylde Market and Intoxicating History Instagram accounts.
• Receive one entry for liking and following.
• Receive an additional, clearly defined entry if you share the giveaway post on your Instagram feed or story.
Multiple Entries: All multiple entries from the same person will be treated as a single entry aside from the clearly defined extra entry for sharing. Attempts to manipulate the process will result in disqualification.
By entering, you consent to the publication of your Instagram handle on our account if you are selected as the winner.
Prize Details
The prizes include:
• A £100 voucher for Wylde Market (redeemable exclusively via the Wylde Market website, subject to the delivery restrictions noted above).
• A signed copy of Vines in a Cold Climate by Henry Jeffreys.
• A signed copy of Let's Eat by Tom Parker Bowles.
Prize Redemption
The £100 voucher must be redeemed through the Wylde Market website. This prize is limited to delivery locations within the United Kingdom (excluding the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland). Full details of delivery restrictions are availabile on the WYLDE MARKET WEBSITE .The signed books will be dispatched separately, with further delivery details provided upon confirmation of the winner’s eligibility.
Closing Date and Timezone
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM GMT on 25th April 2025. Any entries received after this time will not be considered.
Selection of Winner and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The producers of Intoxicating History will act as the final arbiter in determining the winner. In making the selection, the producers will adhere to a transparent random drawing process and maintain a record of the selection procedure for accountability.
The winner’s Instagram handle will be published on the Intoxicating History Instagram account.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours, a second notification will be sent. Should there be no response after a total of 72 hours, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be chosen at our sole discretion.
Data Protection and Privacy
By entering, you agree that your personal data, including your Instagram handle, will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and related promotional activities.
We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to manage this competition, after which it will be securely deleted.
Your data will be handled in compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable. You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your data by contacting us via the provided Instagram channels.
Publicity and Consent
By participating, you grant permission for the use of your name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation.
Liability
The organizer, sponsor, and producers of Intoxicating History will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the giveaway is conducted fairly. However, they shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering or participating in the giveaway or as a result of accepting or using any prize awarded, except where such liability cannot be legally excluded.
We encourage participants to enter at their own risk and acknowledge that the prizes are provided “as is.”
Disputes, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
For international entrants, while this giveaway is subject to UK jurisdiction, we commit to addressing any disputes in a fair manner. By entering, you agree that any legal action or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Modification or Cancellation of the Giveaway
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond our control arise, including any issues of fraud or technical difficulties. Any modifications will be communicated via our Instagram account.
